Pickup, Shipping & Returns, Payment

Shipping Rate: Germany/Austria, other european countries (EU) and Norway starting at 4.50 EUR incl. VAT (depending on weight). Switzerland: Starting at 7.50 CHF incl. VAT. The shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the order process. We ship worldwide! Local taxes, fees or charges are your responsibility.

Shipping will be done via Swiss Post, UPS (CH/DE/EU) or Austrian Post (AT), always with transportation insurance.

Delivery within Switzerland is with 8.1% VAT, to EU countries and all other countries, the goods are delivered without VAT. In the EU you will have to pay the import VAT on delivery (e.g. 19% in Germany, 20% in Austria, 20% in France, 21% in Spain and the Netherlands and 22% in Italy). If you reside outside EU and Switzerland, please check your local tax rules.

Pickup Service in CH-9453 Eichberg: You pay only 8.1% swiss VAT when making an appointment with us. Please contact us for an appointment.

Commercial customers from the EU are supplied at the net price (value added tax-free). The import VAT (= value added tax) to be paid can be claimed as input tax. Enter your EORI number and VAT ID/tax number in the address details for the order, if available.

Private customers from the EU are supplied at the net price (value added tax-free). The value added tax (e.g. 20% in AT) which is omitted with us, is collected on delivery by the carrier, postman, post office or customs office.

Customs in the actual sense do not apply to shipments to the EU. For other countries, please ask us for the corresponding tariff code of the specific product.
