Please use our Dieselschrauber diagnostic support subforum as first address for help with the diagnostic software or working instructions. If you use the same email address as in your shop order, you get automatically access to the forum and are recognized as customer. Otherwise, please use our Live-Support system.
All actual installation packages (VCDS, RKS+CAN, KDataScope, KPower etc.) for download are available in your customer account. If you own a used system which is from us, you can get support here.
