Most questions and problems can be solved easily:
- I do not find the downloads in the customer account, why? No order, no Support-Key or no Dieselschrauber License with the corresponding customer account - no download in your customer account ("My Account" at the upper right).
- How do I get notified about software updates? Turn on notifications for the products you purchased. You find them on the individual product page.
- How do I get informed about new products and services? Turn on the newsletter in your customer account.
- Can I test your software? Installation packages for non-customers, for test, manuals etc. you find at Support and Downloads.
- What are my user name in the support forums dieselschrauber.org and canhack.de? You will find the user names registered with the customer account email address in your customer account. If nothing is entered there, please re-register there with the same email address as in the customer account.
- I bought a new product from a reseller, what now? The Support-Key is a piece of paper that comes with every resold good. Ask your seller for it.
- I bought something second hand and need product-specific downloads/activations, what now? It is the task of the individual seller to change his customer account to the new owner. Are there more products in the customer account than the sold one(s), the seller has to contact us. If the seller does not react, we can change the customer account.
- Where do I get support for a second hand product? Support via our forums is enabled via the changed customer account of the seller. If you need further support, please buy a Support-Key.
- Where are my goods? In our own interest, we select transportation services that are a good choice. It makes no sense to ask us, what the specific transportation service is doing right now, where the delivery agent is etc. Ask the transportation service using the tracking number. All our sendings have a transportation insurance, please relax.
- What's the tracking number of my sending? You find it with your order data in the customer account. Tracking: Parcelsapp
- It has now been 8 days, where are the goods? Please check the shipment history with the tracking number. Asking at the normally responsible collection point makes sense, because sometimes customers (in Germany) are not notified that there is a shipment waiting for pick up. Contact us only after you checked, that the goods are not at your normal collection point.
- I cannot login to the customer account! Please respect upper and lower case for both, login and password. Recreation of accounts that were deleted or badly misconfigured by the user himself is time intensive and therefore with costs: Transfer (Change) of customer account.
- I have a question but do not tell you which, get the phone and call me! Please think about, what is going wrong with your behavior. Do not contact us in any way until you found out what's wrong.
- Do you read the product description to me? No.
